The Natural Art of the Pick-up

Creative Digital Media (Internet Marketers Beware)

You don’t want to work with Creative Digital Media.

Sure, their marketing is flashy and their promises glamorous. But, they don’t deliver. Case study: my website.

I hired CDM in the summer of ‘08, and I write this now 11 months later, and sales have DROPPED. Their deliverable times are VERY slow, it takes sometimes months to simply get pages done. They do not take direction well at all, and make LOTS of mistakes.

A lot of their design work looks really good. But, it simply doesn’t convert. It took them 2+ months to simply deliver the first series of pages to me, which we have yet to test - why? They cannot get their act together as much to even do a headline test.

They promise BIG up front, and deliver very, very small in the end (if at all). They are a massive waste of thousands of dollars.

Currently, I am trying to recoup my money from them - as they have failed to deliver on their promise of increasing conversion. Like I said, conversion has dropped. Plus, we recently ran a test of their page vs mine, and my OLD one converted 23 times…theirs? ZERO.

Avoid Creative Digital Media. Don’t waste your money. Far better to go to elance.com, or guru.com and find an individual you can really work with, who will be responsive and eager to work with you and support your cause. I’ve found such a person, and she ROCKS. Far better than CDM.

I’ll keep you posted here too about the refund. They have failed to deliver, and owe thousands of dollars.  They have no interest in my project, and are hoping that I will just go away…not gonna happen.

Stay tuned.

Stephen.

UPDATE:  I have just filed a report on Creative Digital Media with the Better Business Bureau and CDM still refuses to apply the refund.  Next will be the ripoffreport.com, which will race up the google rankings and certainly notify people interested in hiring them.
