One Good Dating Tip: “Think Different”

Do you remember the “Think Different” Apple campaign from the 1980s?

I sure do.  In fact, I have had one of these on my fridge for the last 15 years or so.  I’d like to share it with you, as something to ponder over the holiday weekend (I’m going away, and won’t post again until Monday).

If you follow this blog with any regularity, you’ve probably figured out by now that my main emphasis is to help you SEE that the key to attracting great women is to become a great man…and if you aren’t attracting the kinds of women you want…then you’ve got some work to do.

This work isn’t about gimmicks or lines or clothes or routines or ‘gameplans’ (yuck).  No.  It’s about…

YOU.

Become interesting; live a rich life; be daring; stand for something; take a risk; learn to say ‘no’ and ‘yes’; be bold; start some trouble; make art; think different.

Here’s to the crazy ones.

The misfits.

The rebels.

The troublemakers.

The round pegs in the square holes.

The ones who see things differently.

They’re not fond of rules.  And they have no respect for the status quo.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify them or vilify them.

About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them.

Because they change things.

They invent; They imagine; They heal; They explore; They create; They inspire.

They push the human race forward.

Maybe they have to be crazy.

How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art?

Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written?

Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels?

We make tools for these kinds of people.

While some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

Think you can’t?  Think you got an unfair shake?  Think the cards are stacked against?  Think it’s impossible?  Think you’re a victim?  Think you’re “less than”?

I think you get the point.
