Inner Game, Confidence, Self-Esteem, Self Image &….Dating
Bet that guy never worried about confidence (see above).
Bet he never contemplated getting help with his inner game.
Nowadays though, it is uncommon to find any guy who has some challenge or issue with his inner game, his internal self-image.
It’s probably linked in some way to our culture and society. And marketers prey upon it by offering you blue pills or red pills, to step out of the matrix and somehow find yourself suddenly changed and empowered.
It don’t work like that man.
The growth of real confidence and self-esteem means knowing where you are, and then plotting a slow, steady course of action to climb out of that.
I’m no therapist, so I don’t even propose to know about your “issues” with daddy and your first girlfriend who cheated on you in the 8th grade. I’m also not a guy who believes in NLP to solve your dating woes…in fact, I think it’s totally weird and ineffective. The guys who get into NLP get WEIRDER in my opinion. And I know more than a few…
What do I believe in?
ACTION
I think if you start doing different things, or doing things differently…you will see slow and steady change over time. My role? To propose those changes so that you’re working intelligently on your life.
“You can act your way into right thinking and feeling”…someone smart once said.
You can stare at yourself in the mirror all day and say “Stephen, you are a powerful, sexy man!” with a lot of conviction and passion. But, unless you start doing things that slowly and naturally grow that feeling within you…you’re spinning your wheels.
All of these “things”: inner game, confidence, self-esteem and self-image – all are problems for most guys. If you’re a guy who is having real challenges with women and dating, you need help in these areas.
They are all more or less the same, but the solution to them is all the same:
Start doing different things, and start doing things differently.
That’s the key (according to me, that is).
One tip, before my grand finale (and it will be grand btw).
Are you a guy who plays by the rules, who colors inside the lines, and who lives his life based upon making other people happy?
Is that you?
Because it used to describe me (and still does to some extent, by the way…I am writing this as much for myself as for you, man).
One of these days, one of these hours, one of these minutes…it’s OK to say “I’ve had enough”.
It’s just fine to say “This one’s for me”.
It’s totally groovy to say “My life is MINE…to hell with the rest”.
What I’ve found is that the more my life feels like MINE. The more it feels like I am living in accordance with my own heart, and personality…the more I feel empowered, and alive.
Maybe that’s the ultimate problem…most of us feel dead. We feel like the best days are behind us, and that now…we’re playing for the man.
Time to wake up man, and claim your life – for real…no more mr. nice guy, say I.
Now, for the grand finale…
I’ve got about 2-3 hours of audio recorded all about this very issue – inner game, and living in a way that grows confidence and self-esteem.
This week is the first part, and next week is the second. I release (for free btw, no $$ here – it’s part of the podcast) this now because, with the holidays approaching, we all seem to have more time on our hands AND…we might be in a reflective mood, seeing the need for some changes.
Ultimately, you’re responsible. You’re the one who is in this position, and you’re going to be the one who climbs out. No one can really, really help you. My job? To point the way.

This is my personal seduction affirmation list. It’s mostly to help me be successful with women but also has a lot to do with having self-esteem, confidence and a healthy psychological state of being. Feel free to use it and share it with others. You got to be a bit self-centered, a jerk and an asshole. The difference between nice guys and Alpha males: Nice guys place a woman on a pedestal, Alpha males place themselves on a pedestal. Just be Alpha and dominant. Chicks dig 50 Cent not Steve Urkel. Alpha males love themselves more than they ever could any woman on this planet. Always remember that you are more important than any woman on this planet regardless of how physically attractive she may be. You have high value and she has very low value. You are the Prize she is trying to win over. Perceive the world the same way Brad Pitt does, every high valued quality woman wants you but they’re just not good enough. Every woman on the planet wants you so why settle for the first thing that comes along? Your attitude should be:
“I am a catch.”
“I am out of your league.”
When I became self-centered, that’s how I got good with women. Always talk down to hot women!
Behave around hot women and talk to them as though they have very low value. Perceive her as a fat ugly chick. Talk to her and carry yourself around her the same way you would to a fat ugly chick. You are a catch, she should be trying to win over your approval!
Know that there are only ever two steps to follow to figure out anything in life.
1. Ask yourself “What works?”

Pleasure. This philosophy has worked for me and I thought some random lost soul as my previous self might find it useful. Of course you still have to take PRACTISE and ACTION to extremes.
